Why do you what you do?
My love for events started at the age of 18 when I started planning friends and family parties. I realised how passionate I was about delivering an “experience” to remember. I wanted people to feel present, connected and special and I knew that I could do that by maximising on all the creative details! There’s so much power and opportunity in events and all of that starts and ends with YOU; that’s how “EvRy” - Events by Salt came to be! Born out of a passion for creativity and helping people one of my focuses is to indulge all your senses; I want you to see, smell, taste, touch & hear your events come to life!
Which lesson has been the hardest to learn?
That I am more than enough!
Easier said than done right? Ladies can you relate?
Sometimes it's hard to find your place and purpose in this crazy life but after a lot of soul searching, endless hard lessons I realised all you need is the self belief, faith and confidence to step out and into your purpose filled portion. Your life, your love, your health and your happiness is yours for the taking so continue to be the best version of you - no one or thing can do that for you!
Favourite place to eat?
I'm a big foodie so anywhere that has a pretty view, live music and something extra cheesy on the menu - I haven't actually found that place yet though LOL, any suggestions?
Where do you find inspiration?
Where do I not find inspiration?! I think inspiration can be found in all things but for me it's normally through people watching, travel & culture, listening to music, the theatre or simply people sharing their stories; also how can we forget good old Pinterest! ;)
