For over a decade, Kirsten built a successful career in the Civil Service, negotiating for the UK in Brussels, and operating at the highest levels in some of the toughest roles - including at the National Crime Agency. But she came close to burnout. Her body would shut down from her inability to handle stress. Luckily, she learned powerful “mind-body” tools and techniques that re-set her approach to stress, and helped her thrive. Now she uses her experience to help other ambitious professional women achieve their career goals with ease and balance.

Why do you what you do?

I love helping ambitious professional women achieve their career goals without struggling with stress or burnout. The world needs more women in senior positions, and I am passionate about helping them get there. I feel very lucky that I get to help people transform their careers, and their lives!

What's the best part of your job? 

The best part of my job: working with my clients! I love the opportunities I have to help women from different backgrounds and sectors, from all over the world. I describe the coaching process as going on a journey together - it is transformational for us both.

What Is One Mistake That You Will Never Do Again?

The mistake I will never make again: I will never again push myself to beyond my limits, or not listen to my body. I did that for years, and suffered chronic fatigue, stress-related panic attacks, and burnout as a result. But then I learned how manage my stress levels through powerful mind-body tools, and have never suffered since.

Who or what is your greatest love?

My greatest love is my family! My wonderful husband, daughter, and extended family - I have three step-children, and four step-grandchildren who are a similar to my daughter, so Christmas is great fun.
