Review Ready Bootcamp

The live bootcamp for mid-career professionals who want to walk into their performance review prepared, confident, and ready to ask for exactly what they've earned. This is for you if:

  • You're mid-career and the stakes of your review feel genuinely high

  • You've left past reviews feeling like you could have made a stronger case

  • You want to understand how the process works, not just survive it

  • You're preparing for an upcoming review and need a clear plan, fast

13, 14, 18 & 19 May at 7pm (UK) | Live online sessions | £37

You've done the work. You've delivered. You've shown up — often beyond what was asked of you.

And yet, somehow, review season still feels like a gamble.

Maybe you're not sure how to talk about your impact without it sounding like you're bragging. Maybe you've sat across from a manager and left feeling like you undersold yourself — again. Maybe you got a rating that didn't reflect your year and had no idea what to do with that.

Here's the thing: the professionals who consistently get the recognition, the ratings, and the rewards they deserve aren't necessarily working harder than you. They understand how the process actually works — and they prepare accordingly.

That's what Review Ready teaches you.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You work hard all year and still feel underprepared when the review cycle opens. You know you've done good things. You just can't remember half of them when it matters.

  • You write a self-assessment that doesn't do you justice. It's either too modest, too vague, or just a list of things you did. It doesn't tell the story it should.

  • The conversation itself throws you. Whether it's nerves, surprise feedback, or not knowing how to push back — you leave the meeting wishing you'd said more.

  • You get the outcome and don't know what to do with it. Whether it's brilliant news you don't know how to build on, or a disappointing result you don't know how to challenge — the review just… ends.

The reason review season feels hard isn't what you think.

It's not that you're not good enough. It's that no one ever taught you how this process actually works.

Most organisations don't explain the calibration meeting happening before your review. They don't tell you that visibility and advocacy matter as much as output. They don't teach you how to write a self-assessment that actually lands — or how to have a conversation that moves your career forward.

Review Ready closes that gap. Live, in real time, with me.

What we cover across the four sessions.

  • How performance reviews are actually designed, including the parts your organisation won't tell you. Calibration, ratings, advocacy, and why decisions are often made before you walk in the room.

  • How to audit your own performance honestly, decode your organisation's rating criteria, and understand the difference between doing great work and being seen to do it. Plus: what counts as strong evidence, how to capture your wins, and how to quantify your impact even in roles that aren't obviously numbers-driven.

  • The anatomy of an effective self-assessment — confident, clear, and impact-led. We'll work through templates and examples together so you leave with a draft you're actually proud of.

  • What to expect in the room, how to advocate for yourself without it feeling like bragging, and how to handle surprises, disappointment, or ratings you disagree with.

Here’s what becomes possible

Imagine walking into your next performance review with a documented case for exactly what you deserve — and the confidence to ask for it without over-explaining yourself.

Imagine leaving the meeting knowing what to do next — whether that's negotiating a pay rise, requesting development investment, or starting to plan your next move.

Imagine never being caught off guard by your own review again.

Review Ready isn't about gaming the system. It's about understanding it — and using that understanding to finally get what you've earned.
