Absolutely. Many clients are team leads, ERG leaders, or passionate individual contributors. We'll design the work around your actual authority and build your influence strategy into the delivery. Sometimes that includes helping you gain stakeholder buy-in; sometimes it means equipping you to drive change directly.

Most work happens remotely, keeping costs manageable. For UK-based clients, I can deliver workshops or key project activities in-person as needed (travel expenses additional). Virtual delivery works brilliantly for most transformations.

You receive everything needed to sustain the work: deliverables, documentation, implementation guidance, capability transfer. Both options include 30-day post-completion support for questions. If you need ongoing support after that, we can discuss follow-on work.
