What happens in your first 30 days.
Most people arrive at coaching with a vague sense of what they want and a very specific sense that something isn’t working. Month one is where we untangle that.
You’ll come out of your vision setting session knowing what you’re actually chasing and why — which sounds simple until you realise how many people spend years pursuing a goal that was never really theirs.
From there, we’ll look at what’s genuinely in the way. Not surface-level blockers like “I don’t have time” — the real stuff. The beliefs running quietly in the background. The stories you’ve been telling yourself about what’s possible, what you deserve, what you’re allowed to want.
By the time we’ve done that work, you’ll know your goal type — Level Up, Expand, Deliver, or Shift — and you’ll have a strategy built around it that accounts for where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

I’ve tried coaching before and it didn’t really go anywhere. How is this different?

Most coaching gets stuck at the surface level — goals, accountability, action steps. What’s different here is that we do the internal work first. If the beliefs and patterns underneath aren’t addressed, the strategy won’t stick. We go there before we go anywhere else.
I’m really busy. How much time does this actually take?

Sessions are 30 minutes, booked when you need them — not locked into a weekly slot that takes over your calendar. You decide the pace. Most clients find the clarity from sessions actually saves them time because they stop working on the wrong things.
I’m mid-career with a lot of commitments. Is this still for me?

Yes — this is specifically designed for people who don’t have the luxury of pausing life to focus on their career. Everything is built around your actual schedule, not an idealised version of it.
What if my goal changes during the six months?

It happens, and it’s completely fine. Goals evolve as you get clearer. We reassess at regular points throughout our time together and adjust the strategy accordingly. You’re not locked in to a goal you set on day one.
Is the consultation call really no pressure?

Yes. It’s a genuine conversation, with an invitation to work together at the end. Just like any invitation you can say yes, no, not sure and anything else - and you definitely won't be expected to make that decision on the call.
