  • Most work happens remotely, keeping costs manageable. For UK-based clients, I can deliver workshops or key project activities in-person as needed (travel expenses additional). Virtual delivery works brilliantly for most transformations.

  • You receive everything needed to sustain the work: deliverables, documentation, implementation guidance, capability transfer. Both options include 30-day post-completion support for questions. If you need ongoing support after that, we can discuss follow-on work.
